Upon my check-in with several symptoms and no diagnosis in sight, the plan of attack was very frustrating for everyone. All of the staff were excellent but Nancy took it to a whole new level. She showed up in my room and started to take charge of a crazy situation. I really needed a personal advocate and she definitely became that for me. She knew who to call when there were questions and she was quickly able to coordinate all the tests. She always had a calm and soothing tone and was constantly assuring me.

In the end when I was moved to the ACC unit, she came and found me to check on me to see how I was doing. This really meant a lot to me.
