I came in with my 4-year-old for eye surgery. As a parent it was very nerve-wracking when they took my son into the OR; it was a very emotional time. Nancy didn't bat an eye to make sure I was ok. Hugged me out to the waiting room- everyone we worked with was great, but she went that extra mile! She was very positive! As a parent, surgery on your child is scary, she made us feel very comfortable and I immediately knew we were in good hands! Absolutely very organized! I knew my 4-year-old was in the best care with Nancy! It was truly a relief that she took such good care of my son!
