During my rehab stay, I experienced PTSD episodes three nights as a result of medications. On one occasion, I climbed out of bed and found myself disoriented, unaware of where I was. I was standing in the room and had lost control of my bladder. Nancy patiently reassured me everything was fine, helped me to recall where I was and why. She continued to do so as she meticulously cleaned my room, changed the bedding and assisted me in getting cleaned up. Her professionalism and genuine caring are very much appreciated.
