Naomi is amazing not just today but most days. I know she has a lot to do being by herself right now... like everyone else in the building. She does not complain ever, she has done more to help assist the ED by being flexible to come in educate, follow new hires, and work when we are in need. She is proactive and completes the assignment that needs to be completed. She makes special time to get check-offs done for employees when they should have already completed. She does not exhibit the attitude of "we" should not have to do this but she takes that initiative. She sees that no one is expired on certification or competencies. She is definitely an asset to this organization and she goes beyond her job description. When she is in the department doing her education or in services she also is taking the initiative to take care of the patients and their needs. She knows what is important. She knows the department and she recognizes and is proactive and that is huge. Thanks, Naomi.
