Naomi Crutchfield, RN

The patient was a trauma that was flown in from a scene with severe injuries. The family was leaving to return home to Florida and Naomi creatively came up with a way to allow him to see his family before they left. Naomi set up a time the family could look through a window in the main lobby and talk on cell phones and see each other. Because of COVID they could not enter the building but they were able to see each other and talk to each other before leaving on their trip home. The patient said it rejuvenated him and helped him feel positive and to heal faster. His morale and spirits were lifted. Thank you Naomi for thinking outside the box and improving health and healing others with positivity.
