Naomi Deal, BSN, RN

Naomi s an amazing nurse who truly shows that she cares about her patients. She took the time to explain and answer all of our questions. She was very responsive; small things can make a huge difference in a patients' hospital stay. Even today when Naomi had extra patients because another nurse called in sick, she treated me as if were she was taking care of a friends or family member.

When I had a problem, she didn't stop until it was solved even if it was something low priority like getting my heating pad to work. She was reliable and always picked up the phone when I called. And her attitude was very friendly and direct if she was tired during her long shift. I could never tell and she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Thank you Naomi for taking care of me and making my hospital stay more pleasant!
