The patient called to compliment Naomi on the great care she received. Her comments include: She took good care of me. I was happy to have her as my nurse. She is amazing. I felt at home. I wish there were more nurses like her, and I had a great experience at Glendale Adventist.
The patient delivered her first baby here and had such great care that she decided to come back. She got even better care this time. She lives in Van Nuys and knows that she could have delivered closer to home, but chose us because of the care we provide. She added that she will come back to GAMC if and when she becomes pregnant again. She also wanted to make sure that even though she is very busy at home caring for her newborn and their toddler that she called to make sure we were aware of how amazing her experience was.
