I lost my tablet while in Short Stay. I didn't notice it until late and so I came and asked the people in the ER department to connect me to the supervisor as I needed it for work the next day - actually the ER receptionists were very helpful that night. But I waited to speak to Naomi - she came out and assured me that she would do all she can to find it with the hospital sanitary department as it may have gone through the laundry shoot. She was very nice and sincere in her attempt to help me. She really was able to put me at rest. She promised she would stay on it all night and contact the laundry people when they came at 2 am. The tablet was found and I called her to thank her for pursuing such a small matter with sincere interest.
She is a real asset to St. Joseph Hospital and needs to be acknowledged for her caring heart. She didn't make light of it or push it off.
She was great and I truly appreciated her help!
