She was a very caring nurse. I had an appointment for injection and she was the one who administered it. During the injection she explained all details to me all the time and that made me feel less scared (I have been scared of the needles and injection). When I asked her about the efficiency of the injection, she gave me clear details. Yesterday I had an appointment for injection (before the examination today), she came to do it for me even if it was her break. She was very friendly and smiled all the time whenever I saw her. She greeted me and remembered my appointment and knew why I had to come here. I was very impressed.
