Wow, so much to say about Naressa that I do not know where to start. As a patient who has had many, many surgeries, chronic illness, and need for emergent care, I know an exemplary nurse when I see one. Naressa is not a nurse of many words. She shows her love of caring for people by doing hard work. She is the most efficient nurse I have met in many years. I have never had to hit the call light because she always anticipates my needs. She reminds me of my father. He isn’t one to say “I love you” but so much as doing my car brakes, building my chicken coop, fixing my dryer, etc. Her love language as a nurse is just being there and letting you know that if you need something she will already have it done. I have said this my whole life, hiring incredible people will make your company succeed. So with that said, great job of hiring Naressa. You can rest assured knowing that she is doing her job and doing it exceedingly well at that. You asked for a story, Naressa’s story is one of hard, hard work, caring for those in need, and always with a smile and a hand if you need it. Those that work the hardest, quietly, and honestly are the best nurses of all. I really hope you all know what this hardworking woman does, “Her Job!” She deserves to be recognized.
