I accompanied my mother to her appointment at the Ophthalmology Clinic with an ophthalmologist. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the appointment had been canceled and that the cancellation was communicated via a number had been contacted, which did not belong to any of my family members. 

The doctor's schedule was full, and he refused to see my mother. When I contacted the charge nurse, Nurse Nariman Fawareh, she assisted us and accommodated my mother due to her age and health condition, which made it difficult for her to attend the hospital at a different time.
