Nasser has been my nurse for on and off for the past 3 years. My spirits lift up when I see his name written on my board and that I know the next several hours will be comfortable, questions answered and if he doesn't know the answers he will find out. He has a healer's touch. What takes the ER to try to put in an IV in 5 times, it takes him one time. He is patient, concise, very knowledgeable and caring. My family recognizes him and is relaxed when they leave visiting me knowing that I am in good hands and that I won't feel weary and alone. He has extraordinary compassion and treats patients as if he were treating his own family member. His clinical skills surmount those of nurses that have worked in this field with confidence of many years.
