Nat joined the MSE team from geropsych some time ago. He since then has been promoted to RN3. His calm demeanor has been instrumental in caring for some very challenging patients on the MSE unit. Nat is always willing to jump in and help when he is needed. His communication with peers, physicians, and leaders is phenomenal and aids us in caring for our patients. Nat has been mentioned by name by leaders, MDs, and administrators for his exceptional care and advocacy for patients.
