I nominate Natalia Adamska for a DAISY award. She is both an excellent patient care nurse as well as charge nurse. Natalia is very knowledgeable and often makes suggestions for patient care that are insightful. She knows how to prioritize patient care and thus works very efficiently. She is a team player and is always offering to help fellow nurses. As a charge nurse she keeps great communication with the Attending physicians to assure everyone is well informed on the status of the Emergency Department. Natalia is very kind at work. She treats people fairly and like a human being.
