My client was admitted to the hospital due to disease process. They are highly confused and can be resistive. Natalia was the 1:1 when I arrived to visit. Her calm and compassionate ways visibly comforted my client. Natalia, with a gentle and kind approach, was committed to providing the care needed. Her understanding and patience are remarkable.
