I would like to say a special thank you to Natalia. This nurse was exceptionally excellent in every way. She was prompt with all my medications. She was extremely compassionate and caring. Always greeted me with a smile no matter the circumstance. She listened well. Met my every request. She always asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. Always greeted me with a positive attitude and a smile. Not only meeting her job requirements but going above and beyond meeting my every need during my stay. Keeping a positive attitude is an extremely important thing in the care department. I hope to see her get the same recognition that she clearly gives her patients. I personally thank you for taking your job personally!
