Natalia Pobieglo showed me extraordinary care, professionalism, and compassion during my stay at the Mater. On my first night under her care after being transferred from HDU, I experienced a spike in temperature, chills, palpitations, and possibly low oxygen levels. I was genuinely afraid and deeply concerned for my life.

I feared I was heading toward a more serious situation. But thanks to Natalia’s attentive care, support, and clinical skill, my vitals eventually stabilized, and I started to feel safe again. Her presence alone was incredibly reassuring. She remained calm, composed, and focused, which helped ease my fear during that critical moment.

It was her dedication and compassionate response that made all the difference in my recovery that night. Natalia consistently shows the highest level of empathy and commitment to her patients. She is truly an extraordinary nurse, and I am sincerely thankful for the care she provided.
