During my husband's recovery after rectal cancer, Natalia gave us both comfort. She was always there during her shift to give him care as needed. She showed concern for the well-being of both of us. When rehab did not show up, she would take her own break time to walk him so he could build his strength. She helped educate me and build my assurance and confidence to care for him when at home. She had so much to do and kept multi-tasking. I watched her train the assistants calmly. She was a good teacher and did all aspects of her job cheerfully. On discharge day, I was a "frazzle". She not only took charge of all the details but also calmed me down. Her final hug was just what I needed. She always had a smile, a warm greeting, and a positive attitude.
