When I entered the IMU after fall on another floor due to a fainting episode, I was aware on my condition was worsening and it was difficult to adjust and stabilize myself emotionally and mentally. Natalia and I connected in a way I didn’t expect. She had an amazing way of caring for me putting me 100% at ease despite my failing health. We connected even deeper, and she quickly became a source of hope and faith when I most needed it. I began to quickly progress for the better and I attribute it to her taking precious moments to connect with her on a personal level and assuaging every fear regarding my condition.
