Natalia has such an accurate and beautiful bedside manner. Natalia started the shift with a smile and has been going all day. When my father was told he needed emergency surgery, he was instantly scared. Natalia was dedicated to ensuring that my dad was comfortable and resting. Natalia is the image I have of what a nurse should be: compassionate, very professional, pays attention to the extra details, walks confidently, and provides an exceptional, friendly care service for each patient I’ve seen. Natalia, thank you for taking care of my dad – this was the first time he has ever had surgery. You made him feel comfortable enough to lie down and heal.
