Natalie is a great nurse! She takes time to do things for our daughter. She has made our daughter two different scrapbook pages. The first one is hanging above her bed on the wall. She wrote “Brusha, Brusha, Brusha. Please clean my mouth with a moist mouth swabby. My lips and mouth get soooo dry.” When parents are going through tough times such as being in the NICU, its all of the small things like that, that really make a difference. We made Natalie our primary because she takes such good care of our sweet little girl. We are gonna miss her very much when we finally go home.
Another nomination:
Natalie is my son’s primary nurse and is great at her job. She takes great care of my son when I’m not around and brings cute little gifts. Not only does she care about my son’s care but she shows great concern for me and my son’s father as parents. Natalie is the best nurse I have ever come across.
