I came to work as I usually do at 6:15 am and Natalie was already in the break room. I knew it was going to be a great day because she had the biggest smile I had seen all week. Later that day I found her in a room holding my patient's hand as they were telling her the story of how they came to the hospital. She listened closely and with a very soft voice she said to the patient, "Yes I understand, and I am here for anything that you need." That sentence meant the world to my patient. Natalie is professional, kind, caring, loving, ethical, and compassionate like no other.

Natalie is such a hard worker that when she is the lead nurse, she makes sure all her staff has had breaks. She always checks in on all the patients. She walks into each room and if the patient needs anything she is always happy to help. Thank you for all your help and for caring with passion.
