Natalie was admitting a patient for surgery and the patient was concerned about her infant's eating and color. Natalie observed the baby and listened to the parent's concerns and instructed the family to take the infant to the Emergency Department for evaluation. The father did and the baby was admitted. Natalie helped keep the family calm and directed them to get further care for their infant.
