There are many different situations that Natalie demonstrates the core values. Always cheerful towards her patients at all times, she goes above and beyond what her job requires. Her patients have told me many times what a great nurse she is, that she cares and makes them feel safe.

I liked the way when she first come on duty she would always come into the room to introduce herself or to say hello again and if I need anything to push the button. During the night she checked on you. She was there in a second if you needed her. She really does deserve this recognition.
