My husband was admitted to the hospital after surgery. After having his bladder removed and a new one made, he had six drains, which, from what I understand is the most anyone had ever had. Natalie jumped in assessing the situation and taking care of each drain and from what I observed, was a very difficult situation. She was very upbeat, smiling and competent, making sure he had his meds, making sure he had a dry bed at all times and was very supportive. My husband was in the hospital for five weeks. He had a very complicated situation. She did not shy away from his challenging issues.
