My mother-in-law recently had a knee surgery and the opportunity to attend Joint Camp. With her permission, Natalie sought me out before her surgery to give me her contact information in case I had any questions throughout the surgical and post-surgical process. She stayed in touch the two days that my mother-in-law was in the hospital, and then called to give me her discharge information when I couldn’t be present for her discharge. Then, a few days post-procedure, Natalie called with concerns relating to my mother-in-law recovering well and having a good outcome, uncovering some “cracks” that needed attention. These were 4 separate opportunities that Natalie took to contact me, without me seeking her out, just to ensure a good outcome for this patient. That is seriously phenomenal nursing and customer service! I truly hope that everyone recognizes what an asset she is. I genuinely appreciate Natalie so much
