Natalie took time out of her shift to untangle a patient's very knotted and matted-up hair. She made the patient feel like herself again. The patient was nothing but happy and thankful. The nurse made it pretty and made a huge difference! She also made a great connection with this patient. Natalie is an Extraordinary Nurse!
