Natalie Ellison, RN, SICU, was nominated by a patient's daughter for providing compassionate, loving care to her father.
"Natalie was our nurse several times over the course of my father's 5 week long ICU stay and was our nurse for my father's final hours. Natalie was patient, kind, and compassionate over the course of the evening. She laughed with us, cried with us, and prayed with us. Her presence and support during such a difficult time was such a blessing. She was considerate, respectful, and truly a patient and family advocate."
