I just want to say thank you, and I appreciate you going above and beyond to help me while I have been in your care! Natalie has amazing bedside manners and is the ideal nurse!
She has shown empathy and compassion for me while in her care, making sure she’s on time with medications, making sure she asked me questions, and making sure she checked on me every little while to assess my pain. I was crying and she sat and listened to me and didn’t rush out of the room!
I have never had a nurse like Natalie, and I think she deserves the world for putting her patients first and making us feel like we matter! She shows that we’re not just another patient, but she actually cares!
