My nurse by far has made my stay here at University hospital the most surprising and beneficial. I will say this not only being very knowledgeable in her field, but she also showed me that she has a huge heart and really cares about her patients, and loves her job. This nurse has been with me since coming in through the ER and through my surgeries. The whole staff I was involved with was great but my nurse, Natalie, really changed my whole outlook on your hospital. Not only was she very knowledgeable and could answer every question that I or my nurse mother sent her way; but she was very punctual and always wore a beautiful smile that could knock the gloom and darkness out of any room and at the same time put a smile on your face because you could feel the anxiety leave the room, because of her big heart and actual care of her patient needs. I have spent a lot of time in hospitals in my time and this is the only nurse that I could compare to my mother who has done this twice as long; but my nurse knows what it takes to take care of patients and at the same time make them, especially myself, feel very comfortable and well taken care of and most importantly SAFE! ........ You truly are the best, Natalie, keep up all your good work. You make a huge difference in a patient’s life without even knowing sometimes.
