Natalie is selfless in her willingness to help her team. She is highly regarded as a preceptor of new staff. Other people say how much they like her. She is patient and kind. She works extra shifts if needed to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care. She has a strong QI interest, including regarding the research of bounce-backs to the ICU.
