Natalie led my delivery. Natalie appeared friendly and professional. She introduced herself to me and my sister (who was my birth partner).
Natalie was wearing a supervisor badge, was organised, and remained on the ward with me and my birth partner throughout my delivery. Natalie made me feel super comfortable and safe. She respected my choices and followed through with all of them according to my birth plan. When I lost control and felt the urge to push my baby out when there was no contraction, she instructed me to breathe and not to push. I followed her instruction and delivered a healthy baby boy that afternoon.
Natalie made my delivery experience very special. She smiled and remained positive at all times. She helped give me stitches with care and dignity, which I was extremely worried about.
