Natalie not only demonstrates superior clinical skills as she works on 3 West but she is a wonderful teacher to our new nurses and techs. Every day Natalie has a precepter. I see that she treats eachnew nurse with compassion and patience. I have observed that they all are comfortable in coming to her with questions and concerns and she enjoys teaching. On the compasionate and committment to excellence Natalie took the most difficult and complex patient we had at the time. The love put into how she bathed, positioned and tended to this completely bed ridden patient was exemplary. Her actions filter to all of us that work with her and they are positive attrributes to immitate in the busy arenaof the bedside nurse.
