Natalie was a joy to have assist A and myself while our stay at the facility. She was super sweet and took time to make sure needs were met each and every time she came into the room. Also, took time to explain expectations of each medication and more. The extra mile was gone when she offered her personal head scarf to a patient and took time to show her where to get more service on her cell phone.
