Natalie answered every question we had and always had time for us. She went above and beyond being a nurse, and was always there when we needed her. She always smiled and showed that she cared about her patient. She worked well with other staff members to help my husband. My husband has been taken care of by many nurses in your hospital, but Natalie is an exceptional nurse. Not only did she take good care of my husband, but always asked what she could do for me. God bless her and your entire nursing staff at Northside. A nurse's job is not easy, but Natalie is the exception.
