Natalie MAFC Kroninger, RN

My husband recently had an extensive surgical procedure here. He is medically complex, and it has been a long journey for us. After his procedure, Natalie quickly noticed his condition was deteriorating. She moved into action, communicating with all his doctors, doing what was needed to stabilize him, and coming up with a new plan. While doing all of this, she still found the time to find me in the waiting room and personally explain what was happening and what was being done. She was a huge source of comfort to me, and level-headed enough to care for him and kind enough to keep him in good spirits even in such a scary moment. She went above and beyond; you can tell she cares for her patients and their family.
