There isn't just one situation that makes Natalie an awesome, dedicated, compassionate, caring, and one of the best nurses that we have ever had. She has always gone out of her way to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. She made us feel like we were special and I'm sure she does the same for all of her patients. She is always professional and knows what to do. We had air bubbles in the tube, and she made sure to get a new one. We have had some that didn't.

Plus, Natalie always made sure my husband's blood pressure and vitals were taken. She also took time to talk to my husband and she made him feel better when we both were scared! She also took the time to come hook up our Albumin so that we did not have to be there longer without neglecting any other patients. She never made me or my husband feel like we were asking too much as some others do. We have been coming every Monday and Thursday for the last 3 months. Plus, we are still coming! She also makes sure he had something to pee [urinate] in!! She also makes sure he had a sandwich and something to drink. A patient needs this when drained of fluids - paracentesis.
