Natalie is the epitome of what a nurse should be. As an MSN trained nurse, she has taken many new grads as well as experienced nurses under her wings and teaches them how to be safe, compassionate and critical thinkers. She truly cares for bedside nursing and compassionate care that we all want for our loved ones. She is truly a thankless person, who is very humble, very good at what she does, and is a role model to nursing.
