Natalie Marugg makes a meaningful difference in patient care and staff satisfaction during every shift that she works. She will do whatever it takes to ensure that our patients receive the excellent care that defines Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital.
During this stressful pandemic, Natalie has made it easier for the staff. She has added on countless shifts to ease the burden on us; she truly cares about her patients and coworkers. She serves as a knowledgeable resource, a de-escalator, and an extra set of hands no matter what role she is in. Thank you, Natalie!
