Natalie has so much Heart! Even though I know she had several other patients, it seemed as if I was her only patient just because she was in here so much, tending to my every need. She was a very good listener. She never made me feel bad for pushing the button or calling her for help. She was always on schedule with my meds. The main thing I appreciated was her kindness.
