Natalie Mercadel, BSN, RN, CNRN, SCRN

Night shift Natalie has real compassion and concern for the well-being of her patients. She checks every inch of her patients to ensure they are healing properly. She goes the extra mile to make sure not only is the patient comfortable but the family as well. She is not afraid to advocate for her patients to make sure their health and physical needs are being met. As the family member of the patient, she was comforting and explained every medication and process my husband was going through. When I had to leave she welcomed phone calls and took the time to reassure me of my husband’s conditions. She does all of this with a smile. She is a class act and those little feet never stop moving. St. Luke’s is lucky to have such a thorough, compassionate, and detailed nurse. Basically, Natalie is AWESOME!
