I spent 4 days in the hospital. During this time not only did Natalie show excellent professionalism, but she also went above and beyond to make sure I was properly cared for. I was placed in a position where I didn’t feel like I was being heard by anyone when it came to my health and what I needed. Not only was she able to empathize perfectly, but she also made sure I was heard. She has been the best advocate I could have asked for. I can tell Natalie enjoys her career choice because of the love and care I’ve felt as her patient. Natalie is hands down the best nurse I have ever run across. She’s more than a nurse – she’s a hero!
