Natalie took extra time to help and encourage my wife with breastfeeding. She shared helpful tips in a way that made it feel like she was partnering with us and not just doling out medical advice. This was on top of the amazing care she had already provided to both my wife and our baby girl. Her pleasant demeanor is very disarming, and we felt like we had a friend whom we had known for years caring for us.
