Natalie Muren, RN

Natalie is one of the most compassionate nurses I have ever worked with. Even in an extremely fast-paced and chaotic environment, Natalie consistently treats every patient with kindness, dignity, and the same care Natalie would give a member of her own family. Her empathy goes far beyond expectations and is evident in every interaction. I have personally witnessed her comfort patients and families during their most vulnerable moments, often transforming fear and uncertainty into reassurance and trust. Her presence alone can change a patient’s entire experience. In addition to her exceptional bedside care, Natalie is a strong leader and an excellent nurse who excels in every role within the department. Natalie is also a remarkable teacher and mentor, guiding nursing students with patience, grace, and acceptance, and positively shaping our unit's culture and the future of nursing. Our hospital and patients are incredibly fortunate to have her on our team.
