Natalie Ontiveros, MSN, RN

Natalie has shown such great development in her leadership role in the recent past. She has stepped in to cover unit operations for a leader from another unit and she has played an instrumental role with the growth of the Emergency Departments, on-site and at our off-campus Emergency Department.

Natale has facilitated significant clinical improvements and the implementation of efficient process in the ED for an improved patient experience. Her dedication and the efforts she demonstrates to her team and their patients is that of a true leader.
