I called from the main entrance of CHI Health, and Natalie arrived with a wheelchair and another staff member. She was there in seconds- I thought I was experiencing bad heartburn, but Natalie knew exactly what was happening. Her expert knowledge, calming manner, and quick reactions kept me informed. She also called and spoke to my son, collaborating with the doctor and team for the cath lab experience. Natalie’s commitment to excellent care and her positive demeanor are commendable, along with the entire professional staff, as I am alive after coding three times.
