Natalie was amazing while I was in the hospital. I have PTSD, and anything medical is a trigger for it. She was so comforting, attentive, and she made sure I knew that I was going to be okay. I had to have help going to the restroom, and she was always quick when I called. She gave me the help I needed, but she also let me do what I could do. She made a terrible situation so much better.
