I don't even know where to begin. Natalie was incredible from the moment we walked onto the unit. We were lucky enough to have Natalie for 3 days. My son connected with her right away and he felt super comfortable with her. My son has special needs and is non-verbal but that did not stop Natalie. Natalie went over the top to make sure my son knew exactly what was going on. She also made sure that I was taking care of myself and stepped in numerous times so I could go grab a bite to eat. Natalie entertained my child throughout the day by letting him do what he loves most, helping other people. I cannot even put into words how much better our stay was because of Natalie!
