Natalie was extremely kind and compassionate whenever she came to check on my mom. She made sure to explain in Spanish each step she was taking. When accessing my mom's port, she was able to complete this task without causing pain for my mom. I very much appreciated her attention to small details as for when she noticed my mom was cold and made sure to offer her a blanket. Lastly, she took a lot of care when administering the medicine. Not only did she wash her hands and wear gloves but she wore an extra blue robe. She was super great!
