Going through with the adoption of my baby was a really hard experience. Almost every night I spent at the hospital I was by myself and had no support from family or friends. Natalie Randolph gave me the support I needed by talking with me and making sure I was okay. She made sure I was comfortable with this life changing decision. I was very lucky with the care I received here at PCRMC. The staff and everyone was amazing, and Natalie definitely made my nights easier when I was feeling really low.
